Reformatting after a Festive Period

Back from Prayers

Salam Aidilfitri

Selamat Hari Raya. Maaf Zahir dan Batin!

*Slams hammer down* "GUILTY!"

Ok. Yes, I am guilty. I am guilty for loving Malaysian traditional food. Especially the northern dishes from Kedah.

Selamat Hari Raya

Helping mom make ketupat palas

I must say i ate loads and load of foods during the festive period. From ketupat palas and gulai daging to all the various kuih-muih.

I know it's not over (the festive season), but I've managed slow it down a bit. It's time to get back into business.

My first day back in the gym after a month was last this Monday. My whole body is aching now. That's what happens when you haven't train for a while. But it's a good feeling.

This couple of weeks will be more about conditioning myself again to prepare for what will be a sprint to the finish. I've laid out an 18-week plan for myself which will end by new year. So yeah, let's hope we see a new me in January 2014!!!

Coming Soon:
18 Weeks of Wild Ape!!!

I'll be posting up my entire 18-week plan soon. I'll also (hopefully) do weekly updates of my progress to keep me motivated for the entire journey.

I've recently got myself Buddy Lee's Aero Speed Jump Rope and I hope it'll be my best Buddy (no pun intended) for the rest of the year.
